ENCODE SOYA IDENTIFICATION KIT
ENCODE GMO Cotton identification kit allows qualitative real time PCR detection of transgenic DNA by targeting regulatory regions approved by the EU. The kit targets 35S promoter region of the cauliflower mosaic virus (P-35S) and nopalin synthase gene terminator from Agrobacterium tumefaciens (T-nos) to attain the highest possible coverage of commercialized GMOs. It also includes endogenous reference gene for specific detection of Cotton plant, as the use of reference gene helps to exclude the possibility of false negative results due to the possible inhibitor presence or inappropriate DNA quality.
