ENCODE MAIZE IDENTIFICATION KIT
Detection of Maize and 35S promoter, by using duplex qPCR. The kit detects the presence of 35S and Maize-specific DNA sequences in all kinds of foods. The Cauliflower Mosaic Virus 35S promoter is present in all soy and maize genetically modified organisms (GMO) approved in European Union, and the majority of GMO events approved in other countries. The duplex reaction allows simultaneous detection of maize presence as positive control in analyzed samples.
