ENCODE SOYA IDENTIFICATION KIT
Background:Soy and 35S promoter, by using duplex qPCR. The qPCR Test detects the presence of 35S and Soy specific DNA sequences in all kinds of foods. The Cauliflower Mosaic Virus 35S promoter is present in all soy and maize genetically modified organisms (GMO) approved in European Union, and the majority of GMO events approved in other countries. The duplex reaction allows simultaneous detection of soy presence as a positive control in analyzed samples.
